Where can I buy your products?
Our products are available at most home centers, hardware stores, lumberyards, building supply centers, discount chain stores and a variety of mail order catalogs. To find a retailer near you, use our Retailer Locator.

Can I order directly from you?
We don't sell directly to the public. However, our products are available at many retailers across the country. To find a retailer near you, use our Retailer Locator.

Can you send me a catalog?
Only retailers may request catalogs. However, our website catalog is available to everyone and contains an up-to-date listing of all of our products.

Where can I find accessories for my Storehorse?
If you cannot find them at your local retailer, they are available from mail order catalogs such as Tool Crib of the North (800-358-3096) or Trendlines (800-767-9999). You can also order accessories directly from The Lehigh Group. Just print out a Storehorse Accessories Order Form and mail it to The Lehigh Group with your check or money order.

How do I splice rope?
Just follow the easy instructions on our rope splicing page. All of Lehigh's hollow braided poly spliceable rope comes with a splicing fid and instructions.

What is the minimum order for retailers?
This information and all other terms and conditions for retailers can be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at 610-966-9702. It is also published in our catalogs.

What are Peg Locks, and can I get extra ones?
How many times has the peg hook fallen off the wall when you remove a tool from the hook? Peg Locks eliminate this from ever happening again. Peg Locks fit over the hook and snap into the two adjacent holes on each side of the hook. The Peg Lock can be relocated by simply popping the hook out with a flat knife. Extra Peg Locks can be purchased in packs of 25. Look for Crawford item number 18025.

If I can't find the item I am looking for, can I special order the item?
As a rule, we do not do special item manufacturing. In order for us to consider a special order item the minimum must be 20,000 pieces of a single item.

If I have an idea for a new product or a suggestion for improving an existing one, how do I contact you?
